We are looking to add a HVAC Service Technician to our team! What You’ll Do: * Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems. * Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment. * Provide start-ups and troubleshooting for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. * Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems. * Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. * Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. * Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets. * Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats. What You Bring: * 2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and light commercial). * EPA Type II or Universal Certification (NATE preferred). * Your own tools, gauges, and multimeter. * A clean driving record and valid license. * A professional appearance and positive attitude. Physical Requirements and Work Location: * Must be able to navigate various job site environments, including climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and maneuvering around HVAC equipment. * Ability to frequently lift, carry, and manipulate tools and equipment weighing up to 50lbs and remain physically active for the duration of a shift. * Ability to work comfortably in variable weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather, while navigating unconditioned spaces like attics and crawlspaces.

Exigences
