About the Role: We are looking for Automotive Apprentice Service Technicians to join our reconditioning facility team! In this role, you will help ensure vehicles are inspected and repaired according to Clutch’s standards. You will coordinate with the reconditioning team, track repair progress, and assist in keeping our workflow efficient and organized. What You’ll Do: Review repair and maintenance needs for vehicles in our reconditioning facility. Coordinate minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks with the mechanic team. Track repair schedules, updates, and documentation in internal systems. Communicate with management and team members regarding repair status. Support high-volume workflow in a fast-paced environment. Maintain organized records of repair and maintenance activities. Identify and help resolve discrepancies between repair estimates, progress, and standards. What We’re Looking For: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or automotive program background is an asset. Experience: Minimum 3 years as an apprentice automotive technician. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and professional communication. License: Valid driver’s license (minimum G2). Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada. Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga. Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs. Other Items to Note: Communication: Frequent interaction with management and reconditioning teams. Problem Resolution/Analysis: Identify workflow or repair issues and escalate when needed. Team/Individual Contributor: Balance independent tasks with coordination of team activities. Working Conditions: On-site role in a reconditioning facility. It’d be Great if You Have: Previous administrative or automotive support experience. Familiarity with automotive repair terminology or shop operations. Experience using scheduling, workflow, or task management tools.
