Inspect, test, maintain, repair, upgrade, and install kitchen and special fire suppression systems in settings such as restaurants, server rooms, and boats. Complete inspection and deficiency reports, troubleshoot equipment in accordance with applicable codes, communicate job status, participate in the after-hours on-call rotation, and maintain safety and industry standards.
