The role involves performing assembly, integration, and configuration of customer systems, including software uploading and rack-up. Additionally, the technologist is responsible for conducting factory acceptance tests, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining test tools.

Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for complex hardware, software, and network issues while acting as a subject matter expert for internal teams and customers. Manage incident resolution processes, escalate critical tickets, and perform on-site support as required.
