Concrete Labourer / Restoration Technician Con Cure Restoration Inc. – Calgary, AB Con Cure Restoration Inc. is a growing, owner-operated company specializing in structural concrete repair, parkade restoration, and industrial floor coating systems. We work on residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Calgary and surrounding areas. We’re looking for hard-working, reliable individuals to join our crew. Experience in concrete, coatings, or construction is an asset—but we’re willing to train the right person. What You’ll Be Doing: Concrete removal and preparation (chipping, grinding, scarifying) Assisting with structural repairs and re-sloping work Installing coating systems (polyaspartic, polyurethane,etc.) General labour duties on active job sites Working with a skilled crew in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For: Strong work ethic and reliability Construction or concrete experience (preferred, not required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work physically Valid driver’s license (mandatory) with 3years proof of insurance Ability to travel to USA for occupational training Willingness to learn and grow within the company What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Steady work and opportunity for advancement Hands-on training with experienced installers Small team environment – owner-operated, no micromanagement Work on a variety of projects (parkades, commercial, residential) Schedule: Full-time Occasional weekend work depending on project requirements If you’re looking to build a career in concrete restoration and be part of a team that takes pride in quality work, we’d like to hear from you. 📧 Email: Aaron@Concure.ca
