As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Records Management Technician to join our Technical Records team in Port Alberni. Supportive team environment. The opportunity to contribute to operations that help protect communities around the world. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Review and verify aircraft journey logbook pages for accuracy. Keep aircraft records up to date and organized. Maintain our computer-based maintenance tracking system for all aircraft and components. Audit records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Guide team members on proper documentation practices. Follow up on corrections and missing information with maintenance crews. Research and retrieve records using information systems. Manage archiving systems and lifecycle procedures for records. Stay on top of regulatory updates and OEM instructions. Enter Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, and technical data into tracking software. Control heavy maintenance records for and ensure they are compliant with company technical records standards. Drive improvements in technical records management. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Minimum two (2) years’ experience using MS Office, with emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Word. Keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Able to work independently and within a team environment. Able to learn and adapt quickly. We recognize that strong candidates do not always come from traditional backgrounds.
