You’ll work independently while also contributing to the positive, team‑focused culture in our shop. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and perform high‑quality vehicle maintenance and repairs Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly with Service Advisors Complete detailed repair stories including complaint, cause, and correction Verify parts for accuracy prior to installation Maintain a high standard of workmanship, organization, and shop safety Mentor and support apprentices and junior technicians What You Bring Red Seal Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson) Certification (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong experience in mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repair A/C license (asset) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to thrive in a busy, well‑structured shop environment Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently Join Our Team If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow in a supportive and forward‑thinking environment, we want to hear from you.
