In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and performing high-quality repairs to restore vehicles back to their pre-accident condition. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods Perform bodywork repairs, such as dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening Utilize various tools and equipment, including welding and frame machines, to execute repairs Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, priming, and masking Communicate with service advisors and team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures and guidelines Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and techniques. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician Completion of an Auto Body Collision Repair program or equivalent experience Proficiency in reading and interpreting repair estimates and blueprints Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Personal Attributes: Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic Excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair processes Benefits What we offer: Hourly rate fron $28.00 to $40.00 depending on experience Benefits: Extended health, Dental and short term, long term disability. The Auto Body Technician will evaluate vehicle damage and perform high-quality repairs to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Responsibilities include bodywork repairs, preparing vehicles for painting, and maintaining a clean work area.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician and completion of an Auto Body Collision Repair program or equivalent experience. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also required.
