CSN Gananoque is seeking a skilled Body Shop Licensed Technician to join our team! As a Body Shop Licensed Technician at CSN Gananoque, you will be responsible for performing high-quality collision repairs while ensuring all work meets safety and OEM standards. Our state-of-the-art facility provides a supportive environment where you can thrive and grow your skills. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repair methods Perform body repairs including welding, cutting, and using specialized tools Repair and replace damaged panels, doors, hoods, and glass as needed Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment Work collaboratively with other team members throughout the repair process Maintain a clean and organized workspace Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and timely completion of repairs Requirements Valid automotive technician license and/or Red Seal certification is preferred Previous experience in collision repair is required Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods Benefits Dental care Extended health care On-site parking RRSP Matching Program Why Join Us: At CSN Gananoque, we value our employees and offer competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for ongoing training to help you keep up with industry advancements.
