CSN Collision GP is seeking a skilled Journeyman or Apprentice Autobody Technician to join our growing team. As a Journeyman or Apprentice Autobody Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of autobody repair tasks including disassembly, body straightening, dent and scratch repairs, welding, and reassembly in accordance with OEM standards and company procedures. Key Responsibilities: Inspecting damaged vehicles and identifying necessary repairs Performing structural and cosmetic autobody repairs Working with welding equipment to repair or replace damaged parts Collaborating closely with estimator, painter, and other technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Following all safety guidelines and company policies Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: Valid Journeyman Autobody Technician ticket/license or currently registered apprentice in autobody repair Experience in collision repair and autobody work preferred (1+ years for apprentices, 3+ years for journeymen) Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and work orders Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new repair technologies We offer competitive compensation, on-the-job training, and opportunities for career advancement within CSN Collision GP.
