Job summary
Cummins is looking for a Field service power generation technician to support the local business division in Lloydminster, AB In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Establishes and continually develops productive customer relations and ensures prompt and efficient attention to customer needs Applies the use of specialized tools and follows documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete complex repairs at customer site. Performs preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on power generation products in the field Completes required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens. Completes training in line with skill and business requirements Maintains service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to site management and to their supervisor In order to be successful in this role you will need the following: Education, License, Certification Heavy duty equipment journeyman certification is required Current relevant electrical certification (is an asset) Locally valid driving permit. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience Intermediate level of field service related experience required. Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with power generation products is required. High Voltage/ Low Voltage experience About The Role Salary ranges between 45.00$ hourly and 55.00$ hourly, depending on experience Full time on call is required for this position (daily premium) Cummins offers a 5000$ sign on bonus for this role Position to service our business in Lloydminster.
