As a “Concept to Finish Product Company” we work closely with our Customers from design through to production. Perform 3D scanning and dimensional inspections on automotive components using Creaform systems to ensure accuracy against CAD models. Generate detailed inspection reports and collaborate with engineering teams to support PPAP and new product launches.

Develop and maintain quality systems, including PFMEAs and control plans, to ensure conformance to automotive customer requirements. Lead safe launch activities and perform root cause analysis using 8D methodology to implement corrective actions for process concerns.

The Millwright is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. This includes fabricating machine parts, conducting overhauls, and ensuring a safe work environment in compliance with quality and safety standards.
