Role Description As a Business Process Engineer Intern at Decathlon in Bruxelles, MB, you will support the analysis, documentation, and optimization of core business processes across various functions. On a day-to-day basis, you will map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, gather requirements from stakeholders, and propose improvements that enhance operational performance and customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to test new process designs, monitor results, and help implement best practices and standards. This internship is a hybrid role, combining on-site collaboration in Bruxelles with flexibility to work from home for part of the time. Qualifications Strong foundation in business process concepts, including Business Process and Business Process Management. Skills in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Re-engineering to analyze and optimize workflows. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify root causes, and support evidence-based recommendations. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Comfort working with process mapping tools and productivity software (e.g., flowchart tools, spreadsheets, presentation tools). Ability to collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Interest in retail, sport, or consumer products, and motivation to learn in a fast-paced, international environment. Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages in Bruxelles is an asset.
