DeSales Community Development is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization formed in 1976 to promote investment in the Fox Park and Tower Grove East neighborhoods in St. Louis. The organization focuses its program activities in four main areas: housing development, property management, technical assistance, and neighborhood improvement.
