Duties Operate and monitor printing machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output. Set up machines for various printing jobs, including adjusting settings for color, speed, and material type. Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and meet production deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with packaging finished products for shipment as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Print Operator or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair printing equipment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
