Industrial Mechanic / Millwright

Location: Tillsonburg, ON Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright in our Tillsonburg, Ontario Cold Stamping Facility. The Millwright/Mechanic is responsible for supporting production. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a stamping environment, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Starting Wage $45.69 Signing Bonus: $2,500 Comprehensive Benefits from Day 1 5% RRSP Employer Contribution 3 Weeks Vacation + 4 Paid Personal Days Summary of Responsibilities: Provide maintenance support to all areas of production ensuring both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe and efficient manner Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose equipment failures routine and non-routine Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems with regards to hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook Minimum Qualifications: Stamping equipment i.e. feed line systems experience is an asset 3-5 years manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery Ability to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons) Preferred Qualifications: Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) Emails regarding next steps will come from Bamboo HR - Please ensure to check your junk mail when applying for jobs Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America. Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support for production machinery and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations. Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs while adhering to company health, safety, and quality policies.

Requires 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery and the ability to work rotating shifts. A 433A Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright certification is preferred.
