About The Position Do you enjoy solving technical problems, working in the field, and taking on new challenges every day? We are looking for a passionate Automation Technician who will play a key role in the installation, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of automated systems at our clients' sites. This is a dynamic position combining technical interventions, customer service, and travel. Main Responsibilities Perform service calls at client sites. Diagnose malfunctions and identify the root causes of problems techniques. Repair, adjust, and commission automated equipment. Perform operational tests, trials, and validations. Provide professional and efficient customer service. Write intervention reports and document work performed. Participate in the on-call program according to the established schedule. Comply with occupational health and safety standards. Desired Profile DEC in industrial electronics, automation, electromechanics, or a related field. 1 to 5 years of experience Experience in a similar role. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Highly autonomous and organized. Ability to work directly with clients and manage priorities. Valid driver's license. Language Requirements Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Good command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of English is required as the incumbent will be communicating with Clients, suppliers, and partners located outside Quebec, as well as access to technical documentation, equipment manuals, and software available only in English, are required for this position. Conditions and Benefits Annual salary between $80,000 and $95,000, depending on experience. Company vehicle provided for business travel. Uniform and personal protective equipment provided.
