Le rôle Nous cherchons un·e développeur·euse full stack pour rejoindre notre équipe de développement et faire évoluer lʼensemble de la plateforme elia. Vous ferez partie d'une cellule compacte de 4 développeurs, 1 Product Owner et 1 Product Designer, et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le CTO et le reste de l'équipe pour livrer du code de qualité, déployé en production à tous les jours. On cherche quelqu'un qui fait avancer l'équipe : qui pose les bonnes questions, qui n'a pas peur de challenger nos décisions (ni de se faire challenger), qui veut continuellement apprendre et sʼaméliorer. Responsabilités Participer activement aux décisions sur les fonctionnalités à développer et lʼarchitecture à mettre en place pour y arriver. Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités dans la plateforme elia, du front-end au back-end, en assurant la qualité et la pérennité du code. Effectuer les revues de code. Déployer l'application en production, la surveiller, la maintenir et régler les incidents Proposer des solutions d'amélioration continue pour l'efficience de l'équipe et l'expérience développeur. Prendre part aux décisions sur les processus à intégrer et aider à les mettre en place. Profil recherché Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en développement dʼapplication web BAC en génie logiciel ou informatique ou formation en développement web (AEC, DEC) Excellentes connaissances de React, TypeScript, Kotlin/Java Bonnes connaissance de SQL (PostgreSQL), CSS (Tailwind) Avoir à coeur la qualité du code et les bonnes pratiques de développement (SOLID, TDD, etc.) Être capable de travailler dans un environnement Cloud avec AWS Curiosité technique, toujours vouloir en apprendre plus, à sʼaméliorer Capacité à synthétiser de l'information complexe et à la vulgariser À l'aise avec l'IA Chez elia, l'IA fait partie intégrante de notre façon de travailler. The Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and evolve the entire elia platform. You will be part of a compact pod of 4 developers, 1 Product Owner, and 1 Product Designer, working in close collaboration with the CTO and the rest of the team to deliver high-quality code deployed to production daily. We are looking for someone who drives the team forward: who asks the right questions, isn't afraid to challenge our decisions (or be challenged), and continuously strives to learn and improve. Responsibilities Actively participate in decisions regarding features to build and the architecture required to achieve them. Develop new features for the elia platform from front-end to back-end, ensuring code quality and long-term sustainability. Conduct code reviews. Deploy the application to production, monitor it, maintain it, and resolve incidents. Propose continuous improvement solutions for team efficiency and developer experience. Take part in decisions regarding processes to integrate and help implement them. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in web application development. Bachelor's degree in Software/Computer Engineering or a diploma/degree in web development (AEC, DEC). Excellent knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Kotlin/Java. Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and CSS (Tailwind). A strong commitment to code quality and software development best practices (SOLID, TDD, etc.). Ability to work in a Cloud environment with AWS. Technical curiosity with a continuous desire to learn and improve. Ability to synthesize complex information and explain it clearly. You will develop new features across the full stack while participating in architectural decisions and code reviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining the platform in a production environment.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of web development experience and a degree in software engineering or a related field. Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Kotlin/Java, and cloud environments like AWS is required.
