The technician will lead and audit fiber and transport activities within customer data centers, including installation, decommissioning, and break/fix tasks. They serve as the primary technical interface between customers and third-party providers to ensure project execution and operational continuity.

The technician will lead on-site installation, maintenance, and operation of optical transport infrastructure within customer data centers. They are responsible for conducting audits, performing fiber repairs, and providing clear technical reports to stakeholders.
