While occasional out-of-town assignments may be required, overnight travel is limited and not a regular part of the role. You'll work on inspections, leak investigations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and roofing system upgrades across a variety of commercial properties. End-of-Year Production & Quality Bonus A performance-based bonus that rewards technicians for both productivity and quality of work. Signing Bonus – $1,000 Total Receive $500 on your first day and an additional $500 after successfully completing 60 days of employment. The Role As a Skilled Roofing Service Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing commercial roofing systems for our customers. You'll be responsible for diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and performing repairs safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Inspect commercial roofing systems for leaks, damage, and deficiencies Diagnose roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions Perform repairs and maintenance on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and other commercial roofing systems Apply sealants, patches, coatings, and waterproofing solutions Complete service documentation, inspection reports, and photographs Maintain company quality and safety standards on every project Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members Assist with emergency service calls and preventative maintenance programs Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and organized manner What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience Experience with TPO roofing systems preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Positive attitude and team-oriented approach Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in various weather conditions Valid Working at Heights Certification Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record Ready for Your Next Opportunity? The technician will inspect, diagnose, and repair various commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and metal. They are also responsible for completing service documentation and maintaining safety and quality standards on all projects.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial roofing experience and possess a valid Working at Heights certification. A valid G driver's license with a clean record and the ability to perform physical work are also required.
