Day in the Life
Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and customers
Pre-plan the execution of projects and develop schedule with project team.
Manage budget and all financial aspects of projects in our internal forecasting portal (PFP)
Track project in our Project Information Lifecycle program (PIL)
Main point of contact for assigned projects
Work with Safety and Foreman to ensure all Safety measures are in place
Communicate with the project team on a daily basis
Ensure accurate and timely billing of all projects
Take the lead on project kickoffs, hand overs and autopsy meetings with the project team
Develop, track, and negotiate change orders
Ensure specs and drawings line up with contract requirements & bid
