Day in the Life
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and customers
- Pre-plan the execution of projects and develop schedule with project team.
- Manage budget and all financial aspects of projects in our internal forecasting portal (PFP)
- Track project in our Project Information Lifecycle program (PIL)
- Main point of contact for assigned projects
- Work with Safety and Foreman to ensure all Safety measures are in place
- Communicate with the project team on a daily basis
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of all projects
- Take the lead on project kickoffs, hand overs and autopsy meetings with the project team
- Develop, track, and negotiate change orders
- Ensure specs and drawings line up with contract requirements & bid

- Post secondary (ie. Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology)
- Organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Construction knowledge
