Title of the Position: Business Manager (NOC 0125)

Type of Employment: Permanent and Full-time (40 hours per week)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage: $34 - $38 per hour ($70,720 - $79,040 per year)

Main Job Duties:

• Plan, develop, organize and evaluate the operations of establishments to support the company's development
• Establish company's policies and procedures in relation to operations
• Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs and manage technical team
• Plan and manage budgets for projects and contracts, including internal and external
• Direct and advise employees in the development and implementation of service delivery and quality assessment strategies
• Assist staff with technical sales and service issues
• Lead technical team to conduct pre-sales demonstrations, product education, and after-sales support services
• Represent the company in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Recruit and train staff and monitor their performance
• Assist General Manager in other business development matters

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• A master's degree in business or mechanical related program
• 10+ years of experience in a technical sales and services position, preferably in mechanical and automation systems field
• 5+ years of managing team of 5+people and directing product sales and services activities
• Knowledge in adhesive application and automation system is highly desirable
• Global key account management and MNC working experience is preferred
• Have experience of adhesive application and automation system sales would be a plus
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills
• Great leadership skills and ability to inspire the team
• Be technically competent with good attitude
• Good English communication skills
• A second language skills is a plus
