What You’ll Do:

Your role will be providing hands-on product management leadership and working collaboratively to drive product strategy and help grow META’s business in augmented reality. ARfusion technology combines precision cast lens fabrication tools with functional metamaterials and volume holograms, to provide AR wearable developers with a platform for seamlessly integrating smart technologies into thin lightweight prescription glasses. ARfusion™ technology encompasses multiple products.

Some of the typical responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation through to end-of-life, to drive the timely delivery of new products.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap, defining requirements, and delivering new products to help META grow our customer base.
  • Understand and communicate customer needs, market trends, competitive solutions, and product positioning.
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D scientists, project managers, operations, marketing, sales, and business development to achieve corporate strategic objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and enforce a streamlined product management process for bringing technology-rich products to market.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management of physical products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including an ability to clearly communicate product vision to inspire stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Experience across the full product lifecycle, providing product vision / roadmap, product requirements documents, and on-time delivery of complex products to market.
  • Technical curiosity and passion for product, with intrinsic motivation to understand META’s customers, markets, and technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent. MBA preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge in lenses, optical physics, augmented reality systems, and/or holography.
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally, up to 20% of time.
