Job Description

Working within a team of fire protection professionals, your work will help the company to adequately meet our clients' expectations and guarantee them fully compliant fire alarm systems.

You will mainly be responsible for the verification, programming, service and inspection of fire alarm systems according to standards and codes. Among other things, your Inspection, service and troubleshooting of existing fire alarm systems;

  • Perform upgrades, repairs, additions or improvements to systems following inspection;
  • Prepare inspection, verification and deficiencies reports in a timely manner;
  • Respond to emergency calls during evenings and weekends, on a rotational basis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CFAA certification;
  • 5 years of relevant experience in service and inspection of fire protection systems;
  • Experience in programming fire alarm panels (an asset);
  • Working knowledge of CAN/ULC standards S524, S536 and S537;
  • Knowledge of Notifier products (an asset);
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Ability to work well independently;
  • Strong customer service skills.
