The Contracts Department is a dynamic environment and this multifaceted role is crafted as you embark on an exciting career in the department or within the larger Global organization. A Contracts Specialist develops expansive knowledge of our Products, Customers, and Services at the same time sharpening business and financial skill. We interact across multiple business units and our supplier community to establish lasting agreements with our customers.

No two days are ever the same! A Contract Specialist could:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of Customer contract proposals for the purchase, delivery of equipment, materials, products and/or services
  • Create customer reporting including key performance indicators, savings reports, and business review preparation
  • Review, prepare and approve Customer amendments to contract terms or contract extensions
  • Help to build innovative responses to Customer requests for proposals (RFPs) including specifications, product sourcing, other requirements and pricing strategy

How will you get here?


  • B.Sc, B. Comm, equivalent training, knowledge and expertise


  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment or field where problem solving is a day to day requirement

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel or comparable software package
  • General understanding of the concepts of profit, loss, EBITDA and return on investment
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a plus
