Type of position: Regular

Description

  • Design medium- and low-voltage electrical systems and their layout for various industrial client projects in the energy, mining and biofuels sectors.
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, drafters and project leaders.
  • Work with the project engineer to prepare, draft and produce installation specifications.
  • Design 3D layout drawings (cable trays, switch cabinets, panels, etc.).
  • Help with the technical management of small and medium projects.
  • Share your technical knowledge with younger designers on the team to prepare for and ensure technical succession.

Requirements

  • Diploma of vocational studies in Building or Industrial Design or a diploma of college studies in Mechanical, Architectural or Electrical Engineering
  • At least five years of experience as a 2D and 3D designer
  • Strong knowledge of Revit software
  • Proficient with AutoCAD
  • ASP Construction card
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Project and Excel)
  • Asset: bilingual (English and French).
