Under the responsibility of the Quality Control Director, the technician will be responsible for troubleshooting the returned products for mechanical / electronical problem, do the repair as well as all other activities related to quality within the department.

Main responsibilities
•Validate the parts return with the information in the RMA in Axapta
•Diagnoses the returned locks
•Repair the defective locks by disassembling them and replacing some of the parts
•Identify the defective components and complete the RMA report
•Test and verify that the lock works properly as per specifications
•Reports difficulties and malfunctions once the locks tested
•Pack the locks
•Any other duties related to this position or required by the supervisor.

•Diploma in mechanical / electrical
•A minimum of two (2) years of troubleshooting experience
•Ability to read mechanical plans, an asset
•Knowledge of manufacturing processes
•Initiative and be able to work with little supervision
•Ability to work in a team and to interact easily with other people
•Computer literacy (data entry)
•Disciplined and organized
•Team spirit
•English or French.
