Mechanical Technician

Description Position Summary: Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements. Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability. Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner. Perform thorough maintenance of equipment. Safety will always be the top priority at Entegra Solutions. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with department processes, procedures, and practices to ensure the most accurate product delivery. Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals. Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements Understanding of machinery operation Aptitude in using various hand tools & power tools (torque wrenches, drills etc.) Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints etc. Very good communication skills Good physical strength High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or participation in apprenticeship is a definite plus Perform assigned tasks in a safe manner with limited supervision Always follow all safety rules, standards and procedures Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrates a commitment to integrating the ENTEGRA® Core Values into daily work and life. — Be Innovative. The Mechanical Technician is responsible for building and assembling machines while ensuring compliance with department procedures. They must also perform equipment maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates should have an understanding of machinery operation and proficiency with various hand and power tools. A high school diploma is preferred, and the ability to read blueprints and follow safety protocols is required.
