The Quality Technician is responsible for day-to-day quality control functions, including inspections, APQP, and continuous improvement initiatives. They will also manage non-conforming products, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain quality documentation for ISO 9001 and IATF compliance.

The Manufacturing Technologist provides technical guidance and support to the machine shop regarding tooling, programming, and fixture design. They are responsible for process planning, project management, and ensuring quality through inspection methods and root cause analysis.
