The Job The Service Shop Technician crafts exceptional experiences for evo’s customers. These individuals maintain and repair equipment for our customers and maintain our rental fleet. The Opportunity Provide excellent customer service while assessing and providing accurate tuning and repair quotes upon customer arrival. Ensure all service shop tasks (tunes, mounts, waxes, etc.) are completed properly and on-time, maintaining consistent and high-quality work standards. Offer credible, unbiased advice during service check-ins and assist customers in selecting appropriate products. Contribute to order necessary parts to ensure seamless completion of repair jobs. Assist customers on the sales floor, providing expert insights and recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop area.
