What You Will Be Doing Maintain availability and dedication to The Fairmont Stream Spa at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, being available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. Provide necessary information to compile complete guest records. Perform 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minute massages and body treatments while accommodating guest’s needs and creating individualized experiences Drive and dedication towards the common goal of Forbes 5 star rating Maintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times; ensure all equipment is in safe working order Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments Provide a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests throughout their spa journey Promote spa services and retail products when appropriate to enhance the guest experience Maintain accurate guest treatment records and notes Follow all spa policies, procedures, and brand standards Work collaboratively with spa colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment is an asset Strong knowledge of body treatments and wellness practices Excellent guest service and communication skills Ability to work in a calm, professional, and guest-focused environment Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional Information Your Team And Working Environment You’ll be part of a passionate, skilled, and wellness-focused team dedicated to creating meaningful, restorative experiences.
