This is a full-time position with a regular Monday through Friday schedule. Primary Responsibilities * Operation of roll-to-roll large format digital printers. * Prepping and cleaning substrates for print. * Accurately completing work orders and documenting progress. * Digital colour matching per client specifications. * Troubleshooting printing and equipment problems and concerns. * Ongoing quality control. * Packaging materials for shipping. * Maintaining worksite cleanliness and safety, including equipment maintenance. * Maintaining consistent communication with management to relay progress, concerns, and escalating urgent issues. * Other duties as directed by the production manager. Skills & Qualifications * Experience in large format printing and/or manufacturing is required. * Comfortable using various computer programs related to work duties and printer function. * Able to lift up to 50lb. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong commitment to excellence and quality of service. * High school diploma.
