What You’ll Be Doing Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards Performing advanced diagnostics, including electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, diesel, and mechanical concerns Completing warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently Using Ford diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and service information Inspecting vehicles and recommending required maintenance or repairs Assisting Service Advisors with repair estimates and technical recommendations Prepping, disassembling, and reassembling vehicles as required Maintaining accurate repair documentation and inspection notes Supporting apprentices or junior technicians when needed Delivering quality workmanship and helping create a great customer experience A Great Attitude Will Get You 90% There. For the Rest, We’re Looking For: Ford Master Technician certification required Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician certification preferred Strong Ford product knowledge and diagnostic experience Experience with Ford warranty repairs and manufacturer processes Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills Ability to provide your own tools Commitment to quality, safety, and excellence Dedication to customer service and doing the job right Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s Licence required upon employment Why FFUN: Competitive wage: $38- $50/ hour with a bonus structure for hitting monthly goals.
