Job summary
Foremost has an immediate opening for a full-time Journeyman Parts Technician who reports into our Warehouse Foreman located at our Facility in Calgary, Alberta. This role is an internal support to Fabrication & Assembly Shops, Shipping / Receiving, Parts Counter, and Raw Materials handling. As a Journeyman Parts Technician in our Calgary facility, you will be responsible for working with the Lead Hands, Charge Hands and Foremen to ensure continuous improvements and perform tasks relating to your classifications. Responsibilities * Work without direction and is responsible for receiving, issuing, storing, preparing shipments of all materials. * Assist other Foremost departments with identification, issue and receipt of materials and components needed in the day-to-day operation of the plant. * Identify and correct errors or omissions in bills of materials, shipping lists and/or inventory levels. * Assist less experienced personnel with work methods, work habits and performance. * Other duties as required.
