Competitive market wages Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefit programs for you and your family A retirement savings plan with company matching to help you achieve your financial goals Recognition and incentives for your contribution to the organization Support in developing, learning, and sharing knowledge Discounts for you and your family on tires, parts and services at all Fountain Tire locations The successful candidate will: Installing a variety of Commercial and OTR tires Using computer diagnostics to balance tires Rotating Tires to ensure proper wear Repairing tires in a safe and efficient manner Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) Maintaining tire service equipment Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner Understanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment Requirements: At least 1+ years experience of tire service, experience working with passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, industrial, and OTR tires, specialty tire services, and wheels is required Ability to lift 25+ kilograms Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers; this includes good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain a valid class 5 driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract from province of residence. At Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work!
