The technician is responsible for inspecting tire casings, performing repairs, and operating automated buffing and curing equipment. They must also conduct final inspections to ensure the quality of the retreaded tires.

Candidates must be able to lift over 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced physical environment. Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities are required.
