The Radiological Technologist performs interventional and angiography procedures while ensuring safe radiation protection practices and monitoring patient status. They also assist radiologists during complex procedures, manage imaging data, and maintain departmental quality standards. Candidates must hold a certification with the CAMRT and possess at least two years of recent, related experience in interventional radiography. Proficiency in aseptic techniques, CPR, and the operation of computerized imaging equipment is required.
