PDI TECHNICIAN/RV MAINTENANCE (ENTRY-LEVEL / HANDS-ON ROLE) Location: Halifax, NS Full-Time | Year-Round $17–$21/hour (based on experience) Looking to get into a hands-on role where you can learn mechanical, electrical, and repair skills? Join Fraserway RV and build real-world experience working on RVs. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in automotive, trades, or general repair work. WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT * Full-time, steady work * Great entry into automotive / trades * Hands-on experience (electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry) * Training provided — no RV experience required * Supportive team environment * Opportunities to grow into Technician roles WHAT YOU’LL DO * Inspect and prepare RVs for customer delivery (PDI) * Perform basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances, minor fixes) * Assist with unit setup, lot organization, and shop support * Complete work orders and maintain a clean workspace WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR You’ll be a good fit if you: * Enjoy hands-on work and fixing things * Have basic mechanical or repair experience (home projects, automotive, etc.) * Want to learn a trade or grow into a technician role * Are reliable and take pride in your work WHAT YOU BRING * Basic mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience * Willingness to learn and take direction * Valid driver’s license (preferred) * Ability to work Saturdays WORKING CONDITIONS * Indoor and outdoor work * Physically active role (lifting, bending, moving units) * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Fraserway RV is Canada’s largest vertically integrated RV company, with full-service dealerships across the country.
