We are currently looking for an experienced Red Seal RV Service Technician to join our Service Team at our Abbotsford, BC dealership. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a supportive team environment. Compensation: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (depending on RV experience) plus benefits WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Red Seal RV Service Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and customer-ready. Responsibilities include: * Diagnosing and repairing RV electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, water, and appliance systems * Performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on RV components and systems * Troubleshooting slide-outs, leveling systems, wiring, and other RV features * Repairing or replacing faulty parts and components * Installing and upgrading RV accessories and systems, including solar panels, hitches, wiring, and aftermarket products * Repairing RV appliances such as refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters, air conditioners, stoves, and microwaves * Completing service documentation and repair records accurately * Communicating professionally with customers regarding repairs and maintenance recommendations * Following safety standards and ensuring all work meets quality expectations * Maintaining a clean and organized work environment WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Red Seal Certification preferred * 3+ years of hands-on experience as an RV Technician or in a related trade such as automotive, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, trailer repair, or similar service environments * Candidates with strong transferable troubleshooting and repair experience are encouraged to apply * RV Technician Certification completed or in progress is considered an asset * Experience with RV and trailer repairs preferred * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities * Experience with vehicle hitches, towing systems, and wiring is an asset * Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills * Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to work Saturdays during peak season WHY JOIN FRASERWAY RV?
