RV Maintenance Technician – Rentals Location: Delta, BC Compensation: $24–$25 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time | Seasonal Join the largest RV dealer network in Canada and build hands-on experience working with RV systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical components, and general maintenance. The RV Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring our rental fleet is safe, reliable, and customer-ready. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of systems while gaining valuable experience in the RV industry. What You'll Do * Perform pre-rental inspections to ensure RVs are customer-ready * Complete minor repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other RV systems * Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes and basic servicing * Review work orders and identify larger repair needs for further assessment * Winterize and de-winterize RVs * Assist with fleet turnaround, transfers, and seasonal preparation * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For * Experience in RV repair, automotive maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, or general renovations * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Valid Class 5 driver's license * Comfortable driving vehicles up to 30 feet in length * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Available for rotating Saturdays and peak-season overtime Nice to Have * RV Level 1 Certification * Previous experience working on RVs, trailers, boats, or similar recreational vehicles This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical skills and build a career in the RV industry.
