You'll spend your shift: 🐾 Monitoring hospitalized patients 💉 Administering treatments and medications 📈 Tracking patient progress and reporting concerns 🩺 Providing nursing care and patient comfort 📋 Updating medical records and treatment sheets 🚨 Recognizing changes early and escalating concerns appropriately ❤️ Being the calm, steady presence our patients need overnight This is a role for someone who enjoys patient care, critical thinking, and having the time to truly focus on their patients. What You'll Be Doing Monitoring hospitalized and recovering patients Administering medications and treatments Performing patient assessments throughout the night Maintaining accurate medical records Providing nursing care and patient comfort Communicating patient updates to the daytime team Supporting hospitalized surgical and medical cases Maintaining a clean and organized treatment area Helping ensure every patient receives exceptional care while their family sleeps What We're Looking For Registered Veterinary Technician (in good standing) Strong patient monitoring and nursing skills Confidence recognizing changes in patient status Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Strong communication and documentation skills Someone who genuinely enjoys overnight work Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands that some of the most important patient care happens when nobody else is around.
