Description sommaire des fonctions Havtech (Havugimana Technologie) est une firme de services-conseils en ingénierie géotechnique et environnementale basée à Terrebonne/Repentigny. Nous accompagnons des promoteurs, entrepreneurs, professionnels et particuliers de Lanaudière et du Grand Montréal (Laval, Montréal, Rive-Nord). Afin de répondre aux demandes de particuliers pour des projets résidentiels (maisons unifamiliales, agrandissements, rénovations, plex et multilogements), nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) en structure autonome pour une collaboration à la pige, selon les besoins de nos mandats. Des mandats commerciaux et industriels pourront aussi s’ajouter. Mandats types Visites et surveillance de chantier au besoin Évaluation de l'état de structures existantes et recommandations de réparation ou de renforcement Coordination avec notre équipe géotechnique (capacité portante, tassements, conditions de sol) Conception et vérification de fondations (semelles, radiers, murs de fondation, pieux) Préparation et scellement de plans et devis Conception structurale de bâtiments résidentiels principalement (maisons unifamiliales, agrandissements, rénovations, plex et multilogements), ainsi que de bâtiments commerciaux à l’occasion Profil recherché Membre en règle de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) Expérience en conception structurale de bâtiments (CNB Partie 4 et Partie 9) Maîtrise de logiciels de calcul structural pour la conception selon la partie 4 du Code national du bâtiment (CNB) Travailleur(se) autonome ou petite firme, avec assurance responsabilité professionnelle Autonomie, rigueur et bonne communication avec les clients et les entrepreneurs Nous offrons Des mandats réguliers selon le volume de nos projets Des projets variés Pour soumettre votre candidature Faites-nous parvenir votre CV, vos champs d'expertise, vos disponibilités et votre taux horaire.

Coordinate with the geotechnical team and conduct site visits or construction monitoring as needed for residential projects and occasional commercial or industrial projects.

Requirements

Applicants must be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and have experience in building structural design under National Building Code Parts 4 and 9. They must be self-employed or represent a small firm, carry professional liability insurance, and demonstrate proficiency with structural calculation software, autonomy, rigor, and strong communication.
