The Survey Technician will manage and perform construction and legal survey work both in the field and the office. They will also coordinate with project managers, liaise with clients, and provide mentorship to team members.

The technician is responsible for accurately locating, identifying, and mapping underground utilities to prevent damage during construction and maintenance. This includes using specialized equipment to determine the depth and direction of lines and providing detailed reports and maps to project stakeholders.

The CAD Technologist will produce and maintain various types of CAD drawings while ensuring they meet client timelines and deliverables. They will also assist in developing CAD standards and coordinate with field crews to verify data and project accuracy.
