Job summary

Reporting to the Financial Controlling team, the incumbent will be part of the accounting team of about 25 members and will be responsible for maintaining the accounts payable of the hotels and restaurants, and work in direct association with other members of the Germain Hotels. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Verify and enter restaurant and hotel accounts payable. * Ensure compliance with accounting and internal control procedures and processes. * Match accounting documents such as invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes and proofs of payment for suppliers. * Enter invoices, expense accounts and payments into the accounting system. * Follow-up e-mails and telephone calls from suppliers and various internal customers. * Perform various accounting tasks related to accounts payable. Requirements
