Production & Packaging Technician

Production & Packaging Technician Glenn’s Etobicoke, Ontario Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Full Time | $18.00 per hour Glenn’s is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production & Packaging Technician to join our day shift production team. This is a hands on role in a fast paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work as part of our production team operating packaging equipment, preparing finished products, and helping keep production running efficiently throughout the day. What You’ll Be Doing • Operating automatic packaging equipment and labelling machines • Setting up, loading, monitoring, and assisting with adjustments to production equipment • Packaging finished products accurately and efficiently • Master casing and preparing completed products for inventory and shipment • Completing production logs and accurately recording production output • Performing routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production area • Following company procedures, quality requirements, and production standards • Working with the production team to meet daily output targets • Helping with other production and packaging duties as required What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who’s dependable, learns quickly, and is comfortable working around automated equipment. Experience operating automatic packaging machines, labelling machines, or other manufacturing equipment is a strong asset, but we’re willing to train the right person. You should be: • Comfortable working in a fast paced production environment • Mechanically inclined and confident learning new equipment • Detail oriented and able to follow processes consistently • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks • Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required • Reliable and punctual • Comfortable working as part of a team • Able to maintain accurate production logs Schedule Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation $18.00 per hour About Glenn’s Glenn’s is a growing Canadian gummy manufacturer based in Etobicoke.
