Job summary

As a member of WLMH Multidisciplinary Health Care team, co-ordinates, performs and evaluates Diagnostic Services examinations within the specific modalities and disciplines. Guides and directs clinical and technical associates and students in a teaching and research environment and provides patient care within the core values of respect, caring, innovation and accountability. Rotation though other modalities and sites based on qualifications and unit requirements maybe required. 1. Graduate of an approved training program in Ultrasonography 2. Current registration with the ARDMS 3. Current BCLS registration 4. Experience required in MSK, Prostate & Brachytherapy Imaging preferred 5. Demonstrated ability to work responsibly in a team environment 6. Demonstrated effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills 7. Effective problem solving skills, critical thinking and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced clinical environment 8. Evidence of participation in on going education & professional development 9. Membership in the CARDUP preferred

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an approved ultrasonography program and hold current ARDMS and BCLS registrations. Experience in MSK, prostate, and brachytherapy imaging is preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
