Your New Role As a Field Service Technician, you will provide onsite diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services on a wide range of heavy equipment throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Working independently from a fully equipped service truck, you will be dispatched directly from home to customer locations, delivering timely and professional service. Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Travel to customer sites throughout the GTA to inspect and service heavy equipment in the field. Complete preventative maintenance and equipment inspections to maximize uptime and reliability. Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other major components. Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work is completed to safety and quality standards. Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and responsive service. What You'll Need to Succeed Journeyperson certification in Heavy Equipment, Agricultural Equipment, or Truck & Transport mechanics. (candidates without this certification may be considered, depending on experience) Minimum 3 years of experience repairing heavy equipment or related machinery. Previous field service experience with a dealership or equipment service provider is strongly preferred. Strong diagnostic capabilities across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and provide exceptional customer service. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the GTA. Requirements

Journeyperson certification in heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, or truck and transport mechanics is sought, though candidates without it may be considered; field service experience, a valid driver's license, independence, and willingness to travel are also required or preferred.
