What You'll Be Doing Perform quality control testing on raw materials, aggregates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications Collect, prepare, and analyze samples using standardized testing methods and equipment Record, interpret, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and support continuous improvement Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, and cleanliness to ensure reliable testing conditions What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to follow testing procedures and maintain accurate documentation Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams Comfort working with testing equipment, data entry systems, and basic analysis tools Adaptability and problem solving skills in a fast paced, hands on environment Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
