What You'll Be Doing * Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, and installations on industrial equipment. * Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to minimize downtime. * Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and equipment reliability. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment status. What Are We Looking For * Red Seal Certificate required * Experience working in a heavy industry or cement plant preferred. * Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. * Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. * Proficiency in using tools and equipment relevant to millwright work. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments. Conditions of Employment * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. * Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment. Work Environment * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
