What You'll Be Doing * Perform sampling and testing of concrete to ensure compliance with specifications and standards * Document and report test results accurately and promptly * Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and recommending corrective actions * Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration is up to date * Collaborate with production and operations teams to uphold quality standards What Are We Looking For * Strong understanding of concrete materials and testing procedures * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently * Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills * Comfortable working in field and lab environments * Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Conditions of Employment * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. * Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Work Environment * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
